    Dispatch is a CARE developed product which is tailored for government offices and large enterprises. This system streamlines business processes in the government, enhancing operational efficiency, transparency, and governance, thereby contributing to economic growth. The .AI framework comprises four primary platforms for Dispatch:

    iDraft

    iDraft facilitates the drafting of letters, memos, signals, or case files for processing through predefined approval hierarchies.

    iAnalysis

    iAnalysis offers comprehensive analytical capabilities for drafted content.

    iRetrieval

    iRetrieval integrates Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with LLM.

    iMeeting

    iMeeting records meetings and generates transcripts and writes minutes of the meeting along with action items.

    iCompliance

    iCompliance ensures that all drafted content and processes adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

    iSecurity

    iSecurity prioritizes the security and privacy of all data within the system.

    Hospital as a Platform: vCARE.AI

    Hospital as a Service
    Hospital as a Service is a CARE-developed solution for the healthcare industry that aims to make healthcare more patient-centered, accessible, and flexible.

    Patient.AI The .AI platform integrated into vCARE.AI offers the following components for patients:

    iAdvisory

    A RAG-integrated LLM provides information about specific medical conditions.

    iRecord

    Converts all previous medical records into a vector database, allowing patients to query.

    iNotes

    Allows patients to record their conditions, with the LLM generating a description of the medical condition.

    Physician.AI This component assists physicians during patient encounters with the following features:

    iRecord

    Allows physicians to query patient medical records for specific information.

    iCPOE

    Enables doctors to record voice notes that are converted into Computerized Physician Order Entries (CPOE) by Llama3.
